Which areas do you cover?
Putney, Barnes, Wandsworth, Roehampton, Richmond, Wimbledon, Kingston, Esher, Cobham and Weybridge among 25 areas — from our Putney base across the surrounding areas and into Surrey. The full list is at the foot of this page. If you are near the edge of it, ask anyway and we will tell you straight.
Regular visits, or one-off cleans?
Either. Every service here can be booked as a regular round or as a single visit, whichever suits the house.
What does it cost?
Quotes are free and there is no call-out charge. Send a photo of the job and your postcode on WhatsApp and we will price it — usually without needing to visit.
How do you reach upper-floor windows?
From the ground, with pure water through a water-fed pole — which is why the glass dries without spotting. Ladders come out where the pole cannot get a clean line.
Are you insured?
Yes — Norman’s carries public liability insurance.
When are you working?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
Will a jet wash mark older brick or painted render?
It can, which is why we match the method to the surface. Drives, patios, and block paving are jet washed at a pressure they can take; older brick, delicate stone, and painted render get low-pressure steam instead, which does the same work without marking them.
Do you clear downpipes as well as gutters?
Both — cleared of moss, leaves, and silt, so the water goes where it should. Soffits, fascias, and cladding are usually washed at the same time, while the kit is already up there.
