What’s included
The whole window, not just the glass
Tap water is filtered until there is nothing left in it to leave a mark. A soft brush on the end of the pole works the dirt loose, and a pure-water rinse carries it away — so the glass dries clear, with no smears and no chemical residue.

How we do it
- We look over the windows and agree what is included.
- The brush scrubs glass, frames, and sills, working from the top down.
- Everything is rinsed with pure water.
- The glass is left to dry on its own — clear, and without spotting.

Before you book
How do you reach upper-floor windows?
From the ground, with pure water through a water-fed pole. Ladders come out only where the pole cannot get a clean line.
Why are the windows wet when you leave?
Because pure water is meant to dry on the glass. With nothing in it to leave a mark, it dries clear — wiping it would only put smears back.
Do you clean in the rain?
Light rain is fine. Rain is close to pure water itself, so a clean glass does not spot the way a dirty one does.
Will it shift paint splashes or stickers?
Not on its own — paint, stickers, and builders’ residue need more than a pure-water clean. Mention them when you ask for a quote.
Do you clean inside as well?
Yes, by arrangement — inside glass and skylights can be added to an outside clean. Mention it when you ask for a quote.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most homes suit a visit every four to eight weeks. The first clean on neglected glass takes the most work; the windows look their best after a visit or two.
Regular visits, or one-off cleans?
Either. Every service can be booked as a regular round or as a single visit, whichever suits the house.
