A blocked gutter overflows down the wall, and water that runs down brickwork, behind fascias, and into the ground by the house is how damp starts. Clearing the gutters is a small job that saves a much larger one.

How we do it
- We photograph the gutters as we find them.
- Debris is cleared by hand or with the gutter vacuum, whichever suits the house.
- Downpipes are flushed and water is run through to check it flows.
- You get the after photos, so you can see the job for yourself.

Do you clear downpipes as well as gutters?
Both — cleared of moss, leaves, and silt, then flushed and flow-tested so the water goes where it should.
How do I know my gutters need clearing?
Water spilling over the edge in rain, plants growing along the gutter line, or green and dark streaks down the wall below are the usual signs.
How do I see what was done?
We take before and after photos from inside the gutter, so you can see it cleared without going up a ladder yourself.
How often should gutters be cleared?
At least once a year. Houses near trees usually need it twice — once in spring, and again after the leaves come down.
Can you clean soffits and fascias at the same time?
Yes, and it is usually the best time to do it — the kit is already up there.
Regular visits, or one-off cleans?
Either. Every service can be booked as a regular round or as a single visit, whichever suits the house.
